No Way Back
A downloadable game for Windows
No Way Back is a 2D roguelike shooter that I made for GMTK Game Jam 2022.
You play as a gambler who lost everything to a single coin flip. With only a gun (which has terrible accuracy), you enter a desert in hopes of finding a legendary treasure. However, you end up in a cursed, seemingly-endless land filled with unpredictable monsters. Can you break the curse and escape?
Use WASD or arrow keys to move and SPACE to shoot. You shoot in the direction you're running, or down if you're standing still.
The game was made in less than 24 hours. I hope you enjoy it! :)
Since this is a jam submission, expect bad art and some bugs :)

Download Instructions:
1. Click "Download" on the "No Way Back.zip" file. The download shouldn't take too long.
2. Open the zip archive (extracting the files is optional). You can now play the game by opening the file "No Way Back.exe".
